Sure! If you are going to create a character (as a pose to fleshing out one of the already existing minor characters) please develop a plausible backstory as to why he would be at Khazaddum. (ie a dwarf in the party, etc) I think back in the day the story suffered a little with people introducing random races with little explanation as to where they came from or why.
